The Windows version is a standard install executable. To download, click here.
Installing the Linux version is a little more complex. A debian package and an rpm are both available. If you are installing on a "clean" system, you may need to install additional packages, such as Ubuntu restricted extras, for mp3 support. In addition, I reccomend installing the KDE System Settings tool, if it is not already on your system. In the multimedia secion of this program, you can modify your Phonon backend settings. Some systems need the xine backend to work properly, others require gstreamer. Your mileage may vary.

SKG Jukebox was written in C++, using the Qt toolkit. If you have never programmed in Qt, go to http://qt.nokia.com/products for more information. To compile the source code, first compile the individual components, the buttons, album widget, and album panels. Then, open the SKG Jukebox project file in Qt Creator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
